How long does a custom heirloom piece take?
After you complete your commission and submit details, your timeline will be shared via email. Most heirloom commissions are completed within a thoughtfully paced timeframe to allow for care, prayer, and attention to detail. Rush creation is available in the Legacy Edition.
How will I receive my artwork?
Your finished artwork will be delivered privately via email as a high-resolution digital file. If you select an edition that includes a printed certificate, it will be mailed separately.
Will I own the artwork?
Yes. You retain full personal-use ownership of your commissioned artwork. You may print, share, and gift the piece freely.
Artwork is not licensed for commercial resale.
Can I request changes or revisions?
Gentle refinements are included to ensure your piece feels right. Expanded revisions are included with the Legacy Edition. Major conceptual changes after creation begins are not guaranteed.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet?
That’s completely okay. You will be guided through a thoughtful intake process after purchase. Many clients come with only a feeling or memory in mind—together, we shape the vision.
Is this artwork hand-created?
Each piece is individually created with intention and care. No templates, stock elements, or mass reproductions are used.
Can this be used as a gift?
Yes. Many clients commission heirloom pieces for weddings, memorials, anniversaries, and meaningful milestones. Gift-ready presentation is included in the Signature and Legacy Editions.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each piece is custom and created specifically for you, all sales are final once the creation process has begun.
How many commissions do you accept at one time?
To protect the quality and intention of each piece, commissions are limited. Availability may close at any time.
